Appellant Linda K. Blizzard sued her insurer, appellee Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company, to recover on the uninsured motorist and personal injury protection provisions of her automobile policy, and for violations of the Texas Insurance Code and Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act. Nationwide counterclaimed, asserting that Blizzards DTPA claims were groundless and brought in bad faith or for purposes of harassment. After trial to a jury, the trial court rendered judgment denying all relief sought by both parties.
