Appellant, defendant Linda A. Camerota (Camerota), appeals from an order denying her verified motion to vacate the default judgment entered in favor of plaintiff Arthur Kaufman (Kaufman). Because we find that Camerotas affidavits were sufficient to create an issue of fact on the question of notice, we reverse and remand this matter to the trial court for an evidentiary hearing.
